When the hydraulic breaker is installed and connected to a hydraulic excavator or other construction machinery, the working pressure and flow of the main engine's hydraulic system must meet the technical parameter requirements of the hydraulic breaker. The 'P' port of the hydraulic breaker connects to the main engine's high-pressure oil circuit, and the 'A' port connects to the main engine's return oil circuit.
The optimal hydraulic oil temperature for the hydraulic breaker during operation is 50-60 degrees, and it must not exceed 80 degrees. Otherwise, the load on the hydraulic breaker should be reduced.
The working medium used in the hydraulic breaker can usually be consistent with the oil used in the main engine's hydraulic system. In general areas, it is recommended to use YB-N46 or YB-N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil, and in cold regions, use YC-N46 or YC-N68 low-temperature hydraulic oil. The filtration precision of the hydraulic oil should not be less than 50 micro;m.
